Silver Navajo Peyote Bird Pendant

This imagery of this Peyote Bird is from the Navajo Peyote Church.  The Peyote Bird origins are pre Columbian.  This aquatic spirit bird also known as the (Cormorant)  is entrusted with the prayers of worshipers.
Who ever made this pendant? as there is no hallmark – had really good skills.  The two marks inside of the wings suggest it was once a pin.
