Navajo Long Green Turquoise Drop Earrings

These are fabulous early earrings which are made from pale green Cerrillos Turquoise. Whilst organic in nature the style is classic elegance.

Materials -Cerrillos Turquoise & silver- the colour of the bottom drop is pale green, whilst the top part is more of a slightly bluish Cerrillos turquoise. I think judging by the construction the top & bottom were made for each other. Look at the under plate, this was the original back, the stamped & flattened soldiered balls were added afterwards as it overlaps the original construction.
