If you pay over the phone using our merchant facility in the USA or Australia, your full payment for the item will be refunded, less merchant fees.
PAYPAL -please be aware they have changed their policy & do NOT refund their merchant fees.
NO REFUNDS or exchanges for any items purchased from SilverPlume that have been changed for or by the purchaser. For example, ring size or Bracelet size adjustments. THERE ARE NO refunds for any items that are adjusted in any way, shape or form.
NO RETURNS on any sale items.
NO RETURNS on any item purchased at any market /or show that Silver Plume has participated in.
Laybuy/layaways are not refundable.
RETURN- We must receive immediate notice of your intent to return ( within five business days ) via email or SMS notice. The sale is final once the item has been removed from the Silver Plume website.
Our INSURANCE does not cover items sent via the post, only via FedEx. Insurance is available from the Post Office at any point of departure at your cost.
CONSIGNMENTS -We are happy to sell your treasures. We offer 60/40% after any merchant fees.
