Navajo Beads by Maggie Bitsuie

The creator of this gorgeous strand of beads has been identified as Maggie Bitsuie.   The stamp used here, is exactly the same tool used to create a strand dated 1931 in the CG Wallace Sotheby Parke Bernet Auction catalogue 1975.

There is currently a short 5″ extension of silver pressed beads attached giving the overall necklace more length- this has immediate “on or off” silver fittings.
