Ben Nighthorse was born April 13th 1933.
Not only was Nighthorse an accomplished silver smith but he also was the first Native American US Senator and Congressman in over 60 years.
-He has won over 200 jewelry design awards.
-He learnt from his father and sword makers in Japan.
-He began making jewelry in the 1960’s

-His rings have won first place at Gallop Ceremonial Show
-Also he was part of the US Judo team 1964 Olympics .
